01Mac app · Local app

Usage Buffer

A Mac menu-bar app that answers “am I using my AI budget too fast?” It tracks Codex and Claude accounts and compares remaining usage with the waking hours left before reset.

A little more

Arrange multiple account pills in one menu-bar group. Each shows how far ahead or behind your available time your usage is running.

Home & Garden in 3D

I’m building an editable 3D model of my home and garden from scans and photos, so I can explore changes to the house, paths, planting, and outdoor spaces before making them.

A little more

The house, garage, garden beds, and terrain share one model. Saved revisions and matching camera views let me compare changes against the original scans.

AI-WAREHOUSE

One searchable library for my Codex and Claude Code conversations. Filter by project, model, or date, then copy an exact reference to pick up the right session.

A little more

Forks, background agents, and review sessions keep separate identities—even when their titles match. The reference leads back to the original conversation.

Release Wallboard

A live commit timeline for selected repositories, with a clear marker at the last successful release. I can see what shipped, what changed afterward, and where to look next.

A little more

Search across loaded commit history, favorite repositories, and jump to each release boundary. A successful release workflow is evidence of the release step; runtime health needs its own check.

QuickSnap

A screenshot should be the start of a clear explanation. I built a Mac app to capture a region, mark up what matters, and copy the annotated image without losing the editable original.

A little more

Captures keep their annotations and history, so a quick explanation can be revisited and adjusted later.

063D reconstruction · Research prototype

Before the Monument

Explore the Alamo before the siege. A 3D reconstruction pairs a cinematic walkthrough with an evidence view that separates documented features from interpretation.

A little more

Inspect the compound by position, height, roof, or material confidence. A believable-looking wall can still be marked uncertain.

07Interactive history · Local prototype

The Unfinished World

Follow historic expeditions as the map opens up around them. An animated explorer atlas that separates what an expedition knew, what local communities knew, and what we can reconstruct today.

A little more

Switch perspectives during a journey, jump between chapters, or pull back to see the whole route. The map changes with the point of view.

Customer Persona Agents

A reusable panel of 28 AI customer personas that reviews product flows for confusing copy, pricing uncertainty, and friction. Each panel works from the same brief and scoring rubric.

A little more

Choose a persona panel, run it in Codex or Claude, and compare the findings. The output gives me specific hypotheses to test with real customers—not a substitute for customer research.
